The Salesperson was very courteous and friendly. However, am very dissapointed with their management. You would think that a car that comes with two key sets would provide them by the end of your However, am very dissapointed with their management. You would think that a car that comes with two key sets would provide them by the end of your purchase but not, they didnt have one and asked me to come in the following week. Get there and waited 3 hours and no key was made since the tech didn't have it available. Had me come in the following week after that....get there and almost another three hours later they tell me they dont have the key and to come back. This is after I had told the Sales Manager to please let me know if you dont have it so i dont leave for work again for nothing. Now, I will have to take time from work again to get the key this week...hopefully it will get it. So their customer service sucks after they get your money. I have been going to this dealership for service for the past 6 years and never had an issue, hence why i decide to buy my car with them but right now am very dissapointed and their disrepect to my time. More
