After I bought the car I felt that the car its bouncing so I called the sale man and he told me to take the car to him he rode the car and the manager. And they said the bounce its normal. But that day I let the car in the dealership because the manager told me he will take the car to the service to a mechanic verify. Then I called because he didn’t call me back and they said the car its ok. Well I picked up the car but the problems continue. After that I try to resolve by my self because its a new car and I want the car in good condition thats why I decided to buy a certified car to avoid this kind of problems but the problem continues and well I changed the 2 back tire also to see if this problem disappeared but till now continue with a car with some unidentified problem in the rear part and expended more than 700 because the dealer the expert in Nissan cant find the problem. Im really frustrated with my buy and. i dont feel that I can trust. In adition I realize that when I request the car fax in the dealer they brought me one with a lot of maintenance but now I have checked again and cant see all that. And when the person how was the one how make me the loan dont show me the breakdown of the loan and later I realize that they add me more than thousand dolars in profits adition to the cost, gap, tax and permit. More
It was a pleasure to engage in negotiations with this dealership but, they were trying to raise the price of the vehicle multiple times and were not 100% effort on finding a middle ground. I traveled from North Carolina to Orlando for vacation. Before leaving for vacation, I had my car serviced and battery changed in hope that no car issues would be encountered during the trip. The trip down had multiple stops without any issues. The next morning, I started up the car and drove it approximately 1/2 mile, turned it off and came back 10 minutes later and the car wouldn't start. I had a planned engagement to attend so I left the car and came back for it later. I jumped it and it started right up. I drove it another 1/2 mile, parked it and tried to start it again but it wouldn't start. I tried to start it and once more and heard a clicking noise coming from the relay box beside the battery and the undercar lights blinking on and off faintly. The undercar lights stopped blinking altogether and the key fob would not unlock the door or open the door. The entire car systems went dark. I was jumped it again and it started right up. I emailed Universal Nissan around 12:00 midnight indicating the problem with my vehicle. I received a call around 11:00 am the next day from them to schedule a service appointment. I scheduled it for 4:20 pm because I had a previous engagement that I had to attend. The engagement ended earlier than expected and Universal Nissan was able to accommodate rescheduling the appointment to an earlier time of 2:40 pm. I arrived at the dealership at my alloted appointment and after a brief wait for my service advisor Jotzam Torres came to provide me assistance. I explained in great detail the services performed on the car and the issue I was having with the vehicle. Jotzam immediately diagnosed the issue and demonstrated what was causing the problem. Also, when the part for my car wasn't in stock, he was able to find a comparable replacement part that would fit my vehicle. He placed my mind at ease because I was thinking it was an electrical issue and was going to cost alot of money to fix. He was able to have my car repaired and provide me with peace of mind. I have a had a previous issue with a car problem while traveling which resulted in a poor experience and a loss of credibility in Nissan for me. I had a rewarding experience with Jotzam and Universal Nissan which has restored my faith in Nissan. If I lived in Orlando I would always service my vehicle with Jotzam and Universal Nissan More
