The purchase of our new car could not have gone more perfect! Everyone who we came in contact with showed extreme professionalism, and made sure we were listened to about our needs and wants in the p perfect! We had gone to your sister dealership, Universal Hyundai, the week before and we were basically told they couldn't complete a deal with us unless we gave a minimum of $5,000 down, plus our trade. Eddie worked with the sales management and finance, and was able to get us into a brand new 2026 Nissan Rogue SV with no money down, and taking our trade-in and paying it off. This was, by far the best sales experience with any vehicle purchase. We moved to Finance to complete the deal. Mr. Matos was very professional in completing the sale. Listened to our concern about GAP insurance, and provided the best option, including a service plan. I would highly recommend Universal Nissan, Eddie, Mr. Matos, and all who helped in making the purchase of our new car one to remember! More

We test drove the Genesis GV70 at our home dealership and had a terrible experience with the sales team.
