I stopped in briefly to get my splash guard secured, it had dropped due to travel and possible error on my home dealership service department. Juan was polite and quickly helped. I went to this dealership because it was my first time returning a lease, They inform me that if I end up buying a car there I don't need to incurred in any end lease charges, they told my that if they do returning a lease, They inform me that if I end up buying a car there I don't need to incurred in any end lease charges, they told my that if they do a lease buyout everything will be fine, but that was not that case, I recived a letter of lease liability some extra charges that they did not inform me, I call my sales men to solve the problem but he told me to call Nissan acceptance, I call Nissan acceptance and they informed me that those charges is because in the system appeared just to be a returned lease, not a buyout, like I signed for. I try to contact my sales men again and I call Nissan and Hyundai and they don't know how to help me with the situation, is like they playing hot potatoe nobody know how to solve the problem More

Since I was interested in getting a Rogue, he got all my information and made a copy of my Drivers license. He then proceeded to take us out to the lot to show me exactly the type of Rogue I wanted to purchase. He answered all my questions and then we went out for a test drive. I felt very comfortable driving the vehicle how easy it was to shift modes and learn to use the other gadgets. Rafael was very helpful and concerned about any questions I had about the Rogue . More
