I had my new 370z serviced there to fix my convertible top since it wasn't closing properly. When I got it back, it had glue stains on the trunk, sides and hood of the car. When I took it back, the manager Jorge Macias "reviewed" the video recording of the repair and came back and told me it was caked on bird poop. What a crock of "xxxx" (literally). I gave them my car a day early so they could accomplish the recall fix and do an oil change. Here it is at 5:53 PM and the service section is closed and won't answer the phone and no one called me all day the recall fix and do an oil change. Hello. I had diagnostics run on my Nissan Rogue transmission. They said the car transmission was completely broken and needed a new transmission. The estimate was around $4200. I later found out th transmission. They said the car transmission was completely broken and needed a new transmission. The estimate was around $4200. I later found out that those CVT transmissions were originally defective by Nissan and there is a class action lawsuit on that. They have not provided the diagnostics report either. Not very impressed. More
