Avoid Valley Ford of Columbus – Terrible Service & Hidden Fees - Valley Ford of Columbus is a poorly run business with unfriendly staff and predatory pricing. To make matters worse, when my vehicle was returned the next day, it had been damaged by the dealership, they tacked on an extra $9 fee simply because I didn't pay my $340 bill in physical cash.
