We traveled 90 minutes to meet with Victor Ramirez after he responded to an online inquiry. From our very first conversation, my husband and I knew Victor was the person we wanted to work with when purchasi he responded to an online inquiry. From our very first conversation, my husband and I knew Victor was the person we wanted to work with when purchasing our new vehicle. We were searching for a 2027 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring, and Valley Honda was the closest dealership to Wisconsin with inventory available. Before making the trip, we called Victor to let him know we were coming, and he had the vehicle ready for us to view when we arrived. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed. Valley Honda is an incredible dealership with nearly 40 sales consultants. We visited on a busy Saturday, and customers were coming through the doors nonstop. Even while operating out of a temporary facility, their dealership is larger than any we have in our area. Originally, we assumed we'd have to make another three-hour round trip drive during the week to pick up the vehicle. Instead, the team worked hard to finalize everything that same day, and we drove home in our new CR-V that evening. In addition to Victor, Andrew, the Sales Manager, and Luis in Finance were both outstanding to work with. Their professionalism, efficiency, and commitment to customer service made the entire process seamless. Without question, this was the best car-buying experience I've had in over 40 years. We're so glad we made the drive. If you can't find what you're looking for at Valley Honda, I don't think you'll find it anywhere else. We highly recommend Victor, Andrew, Luis, and the entire Valley Honda team. We especially appreciated Victor taking the time to walk us through all the vehicle's features, as this was our very first Honda purchase. I also want to thank the general manager for stopping and talking with us. It was so nice that he personally thanked us for our business.
