We were blown away by the customer focus, professionalism and knowledge of not only our salesman Mike Messer, but the dealership as a whole. We came from 30 years of owning only Toyotas, we 1st met Mike whe and knowledge of not only our salesman Mike Messer, but the dealership as a whole. We came from 30 years of owning only Toyotas, we 1st met Mike when he helped our daughter Lauren with her new car in 2025. We decided our next car would be a Honda & were hoping Mike would be the salesman for us as well, which he was. We felt like we were treated fairly, no confusing fuzzy math like we encountered in the past, all the prices were straightforward & fair. We can’t say enough good things about your dealership. Toyota as a car option (on price & availability) and Toyota of Naperville as a dealership are left way behind in your dust! With our CRV, we really feel like we got value for our money. We leased an Accord Hybrid this weekend with Anthony and Chris. They were fantastic. We had done everything online before arriving and so they had us in and out in 1.5 hours.
