We've had bad experiences with dealerships in the past (who hasn't?), so came into the process with an "us vs. them" attitude. We were VERY thorough going from dealer to dealer and compared car after car. While we did our homework and looked at other options, Tom simply kept in touch to keep us updated with necessary information. No pressure, and he gave us some additional perspective on what to look for when looking at used cars and comparing prices. While other dealers wanted to jam us into a car ASAP providing basic details about the model, Tom got into great detail about the model in general, and also provided a two page list of items that the dealer had done to maintain the specific car we were looking at. Valley Honda is very transparent in providing used-car information, and that ultimately helped us make a decision. I feel like we got a very good sense of the car's history and what to expect from it while we have it. Thanks Tom! More
