He continued to help me out through out the whole process. Valley Honda should be renamed to "Olivares Honda" he is a testament to what the process of buying a new vehicle should be like. Valley does business ethically and with integrity This past weekend was our 2nd experience purchasing a car from Valley Honda. We originally went in for an oil change and ended up trading. Everyone This past weekend was our 2nd experience purchasing a car from Valley Honda. We originally went in for an oil change and ended up trading. Everyone from the service team, sales team and finance was very helpful and willing to work with us. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner. We purchased a used Honda from another dealer about a year and a half ago and the experience was nowhere near as pleasant as with Valley. We also had an oil change at a different dealer - they left the plug out and all of the oil leaked out. Valley got the car towed for us and did all of the repairs with no cost or hassle to us. They even gave us a car to use while they were making the needed repairs. Valley does business the right way - ethically and with integrity. For this reason, we will be returning for all future car needs, both for service and purchases. Thank you, Valley Honda (and especially Steve Grady and Sam King)!! More
