BEST & EASIEST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! A few weeks ago I leased a 2014 Honda Civic EX-L w/navigation from Eileen Davis...a relative insisted I see Eileen if I was going to get a Honda eve A few weeks ago I leased a 2014 Honda Civic EX-L w/navigation from Eileen Davis...a relative insisted I see Eileen if I was going to get a Honda even though Valley Honda is 35 miles from my house...I called Eileen and all negotiations were done over the phone(in about 15 minutes!!!)...this was on a Saturday...on Monday, Kurt Gonzalez(the General Sales Manager), drove over 20 miles out of his way on the way to work and picked up my daughter and me at my house and brought us to Valley Honda where our car was delivered to us in record time(thanks again Kurt!!!)...everyone we met at the dealership were great...Mari Rios(Business Manager) was fast with the paperwork and very engaging...my daughter thinks she is fantastic...During the delivery process, Bob Navarre(the owner) introduced himself and thanked us for doing business with Valley Honda...he spent quite a bit of time with us...a very good guy!!...I highly recommend if you are going to buy a Honda to go see Eileen Davis... Great Price - Great Service Prior to going to Honda Valley I visited 3 other Chicagoland area Honda dealers, all from which I received internet price quotes from prior to visitin Prior to going to Honda Valley I visited 3 other Chicagoland area Honda dealers, all from which I received internet price quotes from prior to visiting their dealerships. My experience with the other dealers was that they couldn't match the on line price quote from Honda Valley and they told me that Honda Valley wouldn't honor the price I received from them once I visited them in person to purchase the car. So after visiting the other 3 dealerships, I went to Honda Valley and found the opposite to be true. The internet price was honored without any additional pressure to purchased add-ons that I didn't want. Allan did a good job handling the purchasing process and delivery of the car, the only recommendation I would have for the dealership is that it took far too long to come to an agreement price for my trade in and the multiple times the discussion went back and forth between Allan and his manager and the used car manager. I would have preferred to deal with one person from the beginning of the process; the person that can make the decision on the final price. Too much time is wasted when you have to deal with 3 different people in the process of negotiations on the trade-in. This is the second car that I have purchased from Honda Valley and I would highly recommend them to other potential Honda buyers. More

Great Purchasing Experience I started out looking at a 2011 Honda CRV EXL with Katie. I didn't have an appointment so when I showed up Katie was with a customer but promptly hand I started out looking at a 2011 Honda CRV EXL with Katie. I didn't have an appointment so when I showed up Katie was with a customer but promptly handed me over to Jack Davis. He took me on a test drive and listened to what I was looking for. I also test drove a 2014. By the end of the appointment, Jack had introducerd Jab (Sales Mgr) who reduced the price of the 2011 and also offered a huge discount on a new 2014. I left and came back the following weekend. I got a great trade in on my 95,000 CRV and ended up purchasing a new 2014 CRV. Katie was my primary salesperson in the end and closed the deal. She's was extremely knowledgeable, offered options and really patient as I worked through the details that I would be comfortable with in the end. She walked me through all functions of the new car and made sure I was comfortable with the final deal. When I went to finalize the purchase and paperwork, I discovered that I had a checkbook but no checks! Katie followed me all the way home and waited for the check so I wouldn't have to go all the way back to the dealership. First class service, first class salespeople, especially Katie. I really made her work for the sale but she was great! Katie, Jab and Jack were wonderful to work with and at no time pressured me to make a decision on the spot. That's one thing I value as a customer, no game playing! Great dealership. Great experience. Great service (from owning my previous Honda CRV). It's really all about the customer experience at this dealership from purchase to service. Thanks! I love my new car. More

We intended to visit other dealerships, but Jack was so impressive in how he answered our questions and provided other details about what his suggestions would be...I knew we were in safe hands and would find something with Jack as our guide and facilitator. His wisdom and passion for helping us surpasses his years, and he was so thorough in providing as much information beyond my questions that it made us feel like we were at home with a genuine friend who was going to take good care of us as we made this difficult decision. We found the car that we love, and we were very impressed by the entire staff at the dealership who treated us as family but weren't overwhelming to us. Thank you for making this experience such an amazing one to remember. Needless to say that we will be sending our friends, families, neighbors, and all who talk about buying a car to your doorstep with pleasure knowing they will receive the same pleasant experience that we had. Being an elementary teacher, I give Jack and your dealership not just a strong pat on the back but an A+ grade and rating to be proud of. More

Unfortunately, due to my own negligence, I am writing this review now instead of back in December/January when I purchased the vehicle. I will try to recall all details of my encounter with Nick to the best of my availability. First, I traded in my 2011 Silverado. Nick worked with his associates to give me a great trade-in value for my truck. I felt appreciated and he gave me a very good deal on the vehicle. He was straight forward and honest about the perceived value of my truck and only pursued further contact to make sure we were on the same page after I left the dealership with a quote. Next, Nick was friendly and congenial throughout the entirety of the transaction. The process took longer than I anticipated, but Nick was thorough, knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted to purchase and extremely patient throughout the entirety of the process. He articulated information efficiently and precisely while simultaneously allowing me to ask as many questions as I needed to feel satisfied about the process. Finally, Nick made sure we spent enough adequate time with the vehicle before we left with it in order to familiarize ourselves with its functionality and maneuvering. Great car buying experience Per friends' recommendation, I went to Valley Honda test drive 2014 Honda Odyssey June 21st 2014. Alan was the one that we contacted through email for Per friends' recommendation, I went to Valley Honda test drive 2014 Honda Odyssey June 21st 2014. Alan was the one that we contacted through email for the vehicle quotes and he assisted us for four hours straight. We bought the car that day because of Alan's friendliness and willingness to negotiate. In addition, Alan was so comfortable and pleasant to work with that the 4 hours car buying experience was quite enjoyable for the firs time. Monday June 23rd when Alan found out that we were not too happy with the type of new car tire, Alan went an extra mile to convince his sales managers to change the car tire for us. That is indeed way beyond what I expected from a dealership. This dealership has so much life and energy to it that we will definitely go back for our next new car. More
