Excellent customer service, different car buying experience! Nikki was great to work with, and did her best to try to help us get the best deal possible. We were greeted right when we walked in the door despite Nikki was great to work with, and did her best to try to help us get the best deal possible. We were greeted right when we walked in the door despite it being a very busy day, and we were in a car for a test drive within a short while, all while having our trade in appraised. Car buying can be an unpleasant experience, but the dealership is comfortable with a casual atmosphere, and had computers with games for our 8 year old who had to wait with us. Nikki and the staff took care of everything for us involving the license plate transfer, gave us a tour of the service center and offered free Starbucks coffee while we waited. We will definitely be back to buy future cars at Valley! More
