I have bought 2 cars from Mario Morath and he as always been accurate and prompt in his responses to my inquiries. I live 40 minutes from this dealership and I can't see myself going anywhere else. I purchased a 2013 Civic, but only after two separate visits and test driving a few different other models. During my visits management also came over to introduce themselves, asked how the process was going, and ensured that they would work with me to choose the right vehicle for my daughter and me, would work within my budget and needs/wants, and would ensure I was completely happy with the purchase. I cannot say enough about the level of service, the lack of pressure, and the patience that Jack and James displayed throughout the process, even after the sale. Being a first time Honda owner I had several questions after driving the car, all of which were quickly and knowledgeably answered. The only thing I was disappointed in was the financing option and lack of incentives offered on the 2013 models...particularly during auto show week...this was the reason for the only "4" on my rating. The financing cost me more than I had wanted with my excellent credit rating, especially when learning that other dealerships were offering better financing on the same model and year in that same week, however Valley's pricing seemed a bit better than my research on Edmunds and other similar reputable resources. Additionally, the service was exceptional, they gave me a fair trade in value for my current vehicle, and they had what I desired within their inventory. I am happy I joined the ranks of satisfied Honda owners, would very highly recommend Valley Honda, and would most highly recommend Jack or James as great sales people to work with. More

Thru autotrader.com we found the Honda Pilot that met our specifications. We called and talked to Mohit Saini the sales manager and he connected us to Jab Rahman in sales. After working out a deal over the phone my wife and I headed to Aurora. Although it would be a long drive from Louisville we felt that the deal that we were able to make by phone and it also being a certified Honda, it would be worth the trip. We left on a Friday afternoon arriving that night. We test drove the Pilot and Jab and Mohit encouraged us to spend the night and come back Saturday morning and take it for a more extensive test drive. That we did. We got back to Valley Honda, finalized the deal and then drove it home that day. We feel we got a great deal, got great service, and never once felt any pressure to buy. Jab and Mohit treated us with the utmost respect. We would definitely will consider the drive again for our next auto purchase. Thanks again Jab and Mohit. More

My wife and I recently went into Valley Honda to look at the new 2013 Accord. We were greeted as we walked in the door by Bob Mueller. I explained what we were looking for, and that I really needed to test the new 2013 Accord. We were greeted as we walked in the door by Bob Mueller. I explained what we were looking for, and that I really needed to test drive an Accord before I went any further. He was very good with his approach. Needless to say, I test drove the Accord and loved it. Bob explained the main points of interest of the Accord during the test drive, and pointed out the things that matter in the car, not all the extra bells and whistles, which while important, are not what I am testing during the drive. Once we get back to the dealership, my wife and I decided to put money down on the car that we wanted, and went home to get our trade-in. When we cam back, Bob worked at getting us the right deal, and the right price. We also met and sat with Bob Navarre, the owner of the dealership, he also was great, spent time talking to us about the car, and our experience. Bottom line we got a great car, at a great price. Now the dealership itself...it is top notch, the service area is enormous, and everything is neat, clean, organized and color keyed...all the tool boxes are the same "Honda Blue", the waiting area is great as well, TV's, Starbucks coffee and Tazo tea, over a dozen Mac computers to use while your car is being serviced, laptops to use if you would rather sit in a comfortable spot. I am almost looking forward to getting my car serviced. I can be productive and work there as well as I can in my office. I appreciate having the ability or choice to do so. I have already given Bob Mueller's name to some friends that are in the market for a new Honda, and plan to see him again in the spring as we may be in the market for a Civic for our daughter at that time. Great experience, and I can not say enough good things about our Bob, our sales rep, and about Bob the owner, who you can see takes pride in the product he is delivering. More

The night we were there was in the 30's and raining, but she never hesitated to run out and get a car warmed up for us to test drive. professional. She has a sharp sense of humor, is a good listener and answered all our questions expertly. My wife and I couldn't decide on a color, and instead of having us choose it from the book, she drove us to their remote lot and we were able to see our model in all available colors. This was a great help as choosing a color from a 1 inch sample in showroom lighting doesn't always turn out as expected. The price negotiation was more like trying to find a solution rather than 'haggling'. After the sale she walked us through all features of our new car - in fact during the demo she 'made' us sync our phones up with the car's bluetooth (with her help). All in all it was the best car buying experience I have had, and I will certainly look for her when it is time for another vehicle. More

I bought this car for my wife. When I needed another used crossover SUV, he provided me with a list of makes I could go with and explained the differences and advantages of the various models and trims. He instilled confidence in me to buy a used vehicle and I returned to Valley Honda again to get my 2009 Honda CR-V. Again, he made sure that most of the paperwork is ready and we spent minimal time there to close the deal. The CR-V is running great and I am fully satisfied with both the purchases. More
