Valley Honda is the best Honda dealership in the area, by far. This includes both sales department and service department. I purchased a 2022 CRV EX-L AWD two days ago. My sales person was Chris Barrera. He far. This includes both sales department and service department. I purchased a 2022 CRV EX-L AWD two days ago. My sales person was Chris Barrera. He is friendly, knowledgeable and honest. He was amazingly helpful from the beginning while I was deciding between a new Si and a CRV. I decided on a CRV EX which he ordered and was projected to arrive in February. He called to let me know that a CRV EX-L was on the way to Valley Honda and would arrive December 17. I decided that the upgraded model was exactly what I wanted. Then, last Wednesday Chris called to let me know that the vehicle had arrived! I picked it up last Friday. The transaction was painless. Chris had all of the paper work ready. Chris patiently answered all of my questions and explained every aspect of my new vehicle. I can’t say enough about how Chris provided the most excellent service while making this transaction easy and fun from beginning to end. I must also mention that my experience in the business office was just as easy and painless! Thank you, Chris Barrera, for your superior customer service! More

This is my second Honda car form Valley Honda. I knew what car I wanted, I call and made sure they had it in stock. The whole experience was as good as one could expect. Ray helped me with a test drive, what car I wanted, I call and made sure they had it in stock. The whole experience was as good as one could expect. Ray helped me with a test drive, had the shop put the car on a lift, to check things out. Made the deal and was driving home in bout 2 hours. Had the car for a few days, I noticed there was a loose trim/bumper part. Call and their service department took the car in and they took care of it, no hassles. They rushed the repair and I was out in about an hour. Good sales, good service. More
