I’ve bought my last 2 cars from Valley Honda and both times felt very comfortable with my interactions - from start to finish. In general, I’m not very trusting of dealerships and I expected a hard sell, times felt very comfortable with my interactions - from start to finish. That alone made me confident to continue with the process.Luis was great- he kept me up to date on the progress, and explained everything to me in detail when I picked it up.
