I came into contact with Valley Honda in my search for a 2020 manual Honda Civic hatchback sport and the dealer who picked up my request for information was Elias McMahon. Through out my emails back and forth he was nothing but helpful and informative. He was always quick to reply back and offered price quotes and answers to my questions almost immediately. Unfortunately the car I was looking for did not exist anywhere in the area and would have to be ordered. I scheduled a meeting and test drive of a civic hatchback with similar properties. The dealership is quite large and you would expect to feel rushed or treated as a number. I did not feel pressured or hassled to make a decision while I was there. The sole reason why I did not purchase the car was not due to any issue with the dealer or the dealership. It was due to uncertainty and long time estimates as to when the car would be built and delivered. This was of no fault to Valley Honda, but to the world instability caused by the Corona virus. After I made my decision not to put in an order, I was treated no different than when I had I first walked through their doors. Very kind and courteous service overall. When looking for a car in the future I will most certainly be in contact with Elias and Valley Honda. More

Amazing service! I went to Valley Honda to look at the Pilot. He was patient and very professional. Once we were done he spoke to us about numbers and payments. Turns out, the Pilot was going to be cheaper than our current lease! How could you say no? Came back the next day to complete the lease and it took less than TWO HOURS before I was out the door in my new Pilot. Honestly I will recommend Valley Honda and Michael to everyone I meet.
