He was also extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and had solid answers for all of my questions. And his post-sale follow up has been very impressive and is much appreciated. Also, Laurie Bembinster was extremely helpful in consulting with me pre-sale on all features available, so that everything was ready to go when I walked into the store. Up selling unnecessary things We came back to Valley Honda after our first CRV lease experience was very good. The next time we were quoted a lease price of $250 and in the last mi We came back to Valley Honda after our first CRV lease experience was very good. The next time we were quoted a lease price of $250 and in the last minute were upsold this "protector" for $20 which made our total $270. The last minute finance manager convinced us that we were dumb not to take this "protector". We were in a hurry and tired and just signed. Now, I am seeing online reviews that dealerships do this to unsuspecting customers but I never thought that Valley Honda would do this, especially after our initial good experience. Now, I realize that I have been duped. I mean, who needs rust protection when they are leasing a car for three years? :) More
