After inquiring on pricing at several other Honda dealerships, it was clear that Valley was the ONLY dealership with transparent pricing! On the day of my purchase, JD spent a lot of time with me, reviewing options and pricing, making sure I got everything I wanted. I never felt pressured to add on options that I didn’t need. After we completed the purchase, JD spent another half hour in the car with me, teaching me all about the tech “bells and whistles” on my new Odyssey. JD really went above and beyond. We highly recommend working with him as he was incredibly informative and helpful! He seemed to go out of his way for us, including sending us a personal video of the truck to give us a better feel for the quality and condition of the vehicle. For that reason, the condition and price of the vehicle, we felt it was worth our time to make the trip. We are so happy we did! The only negative thing that we can say is that we thought we were promised a full tank of gas and did not receive that. Other than that, which may have just been a mishap, it was a great experience.
