John made the process so smooth, kept in contact with us as we worked with insurance, and never rushed or pressured us with anything. John was knowledge and answered all our questions, and was incredibly friendly. He made sure I knew every feature of my car before I left the lot and asked multiple times if I had any questions before leaving. He was great to work with.
