Chase was responsive from the get go...I knew the car we wanted was on the lot...contacted the dealer via the website on Friday evening, after a few email exchanges, Chase called and took a deposit to hold the car. We set a time for the next day...we walked in a few minutes early for our appointment, and Chase was waiting for us. He was professional for the entire transaction...got me a few extra dollars for my trade, and then spent the appropriate amount of time with us on new car orientation. We buy new cars about every 2 years...so we asked for and received the cliff notes version and not a long drawn out explanation of every thing that car can do...that you usually forget about by the time you leave the dealership. Everyone involved was great, Chase, Nick Capezio the Sales Manager, and Steph in finance. Highly recommend Chase and Valley Honda. More
