Non Stressful I told Fred that buying a car for me was typically a stressful experience and that I would have rather had a tooth pulled. Fred changed all that. I live one hour and twenty minutes away from Valley Honda. I had sent an e-mail the day before to Valley Honda with the Stock number of the car I was looking at. Fred called me the next morning and confirmed the dealer did indeed have the car I was interested in. I told him I was going to rent a car one way to drive to Valley Honda. When I arrived, Fred had the car detailed and ready to go. He trusted me to come to Valley Honda. Fred made the car buying experience great. It did help however that is a Bears fan and we both have daughters the same age. Fred answered all questions I had about the car displaying his keen knowledge about the car. I was there a little longer that I thought I would be, but this was due to not having enough finance people to close out the selling of the cars. After I was done with the finance person, Fred walked me out to my car and showed me more things about my car. He was amazing and a pleasure to work with. Carry on Fred in demonstrating the same type of courteous professionalism and vehicle knowledge you showed me, Valley Honda is fortunate to have you as a part of their team! Even though I had done my homework on my (awesome) Honda Odyssey, Fred made sure to walk me through all the features, removal of middle seat, etc. So helpful! I definitely learned a few things. He was wonderful: pleasant, courteous and professional. However, the real proof of a classy salesperson is how they handle customer concerns. I had a minor one that I didn’t expect to get handled. Well, Fred (and manager) handled it exceptionally well. Great service! This is one of the best car-buying experiences I have had. Thanks Fred! More

In taking the car for a test drive Iryna was both very personable and knowledgeable about the 2009 Honda CR-V - which I did purchase! As a first time buyer Iryna was very helpful in explaining the process, all of the paperwork, and was able to answer all of the questions my mom and I had about the car. By the time everything was processed and the car was officially mine Iryna was genuinely happy for me and my first car. She knew I had to drive the car back to Milwaukee that evening and she even called the next day to make sure the car was running well and that I had made it home safe. She was so sweet! Overall it was a fantastic experience and I couldn't be any happier with my purchase. More

The BEST Customer Service You Can Find I'm going to be honest, I went into this dealership with the expectation that "This is a dealership, it will have sleazy people trying to get me into I'm going to be honest, I went into this dealership with the expectation that "This is a dealership, it will have sleazy people trying to get me into the top of the line model of some car I can't afford. I'm here to test drive a Honda Civic...and THATS it. No one was talking me into anything." And boy was I pleased when that WAS NOT THE CASE. From the moment I walked into the building, I was greeted with a friendly smile from the reception desk. Telling them I was there for a test drive, they assigned me immediately to Andy Kovalsky to help me out. He asked me what I was looking for and after some conversation, we settled on the Honda Civic EX-T as it met the list of features I gave Andy. He listened to what I wanted, and didn't try to force me into something I didn't need. He even told me that if I sacrificed one feature on the EX-T, the EX model is almost identical, and could save me some money. WHAT CAR SALESMEN TELLS YOU HOW YOU CAN ACTUALLY SAVE MONEY?! I was floored and felt I could trust Andy with this important purchase. Onto the test drive, Andy walked me through almost every single feature of the car from the radio, to the climate control, to even the safety features. The last car salesman I had ever talked to before coming to Valley Honda, went over the cars features but I never got to experience any of them. He just ran through bullet points. Andy made sure I not only knew about all the bells and whistles, but that I got to play around with them too. During that test drive I fell in love and moved to the next step towards buying a brand new 2018 Honda Civic. Getting a tour of the building, I was amazed at the luxury they offered customers having their car serviced in the MASSIVE service department. Starbucks Coffee to freely grab, an entire computer center to use while you wait, endless bottles of water, and even a room for children to play while mom and dad relax. Come 6,000 miles, you'll know where to find me for my first Oil Change. The dealership also had me extremely surprised with their ability to work with customers. Already getting a great deal on the Civic EX-T, I ran some finances before making the purchase and found out paying for a brand new 2018 car might not be in the cards for me. I was recently in a bad car accident that landed my car totaled, and was hit with some pricy surgery bills for a broken hand. I was out of work for 2 months due to injuries, and now jumping back in I was a few paychecks short. Keeping in touch with Andy and the dealership, I told him my story of why I would be unable to purchase the car I had been shown. Instead of shooing me away and writing me off as 'time wasted', they went above and beyond to work with me in order to get the car at a more manageable price during this hard time. I always expect so little from car dealerships, but Valley Honda has given me a whole new light on what Customer Service is and what a good dealership is capable of. Andy made me feel like I was important, and also (best of all) he treated me like a person, not just a few bucks on his commission check. He made this car purchase 100% enjoyable. There was not a moment where I was unsure of my decision. From beginning to end, Andy made sure I was comfortable and was with me through the entire sales process. Both him and the dealership helped me through a very troubled and stressful time in my life and made it nearly effortless. Thank you Valley Honda, and thank you Andy for keeping my head above water in a very rough patch of my life. You have earned yourself a new lifetime customer. More
Great service! I had bought the used 2007 Honda Odyssey the night before. In the morning there seemed to be a problem with the sliding side door latch mechanism. Too I had bought the used 2007 Honda Odyssey the night before. In the morning there seemed to be a problem with the sliding side door latch mechanism. Took it in assuming they would just lubricate the bearings or the linkage. As I waited in the waiting area they inspected it. 1/2 hour later, German, the service consultant informed me that the technician found that the rollers were worn. Consulting with the service manager they decided to replace the rollers on both sliding doors, free of charge! I certainly was not expecting that. A used car is normally "as is", but here they stepped up, which they didn't have to, and took on the cost of the repair. Thank you very much from me and my wallet! More
