This was our first "new car" buying experience but not my first trip to a dealership. I have been to several dealerships in the past (Infiniti, Nissan, Toyota) and many of them looked down at us because we are a younger couple that didn't have $100k in our pockets, well Honda of Naperville treated us completely different. We went in LATE on a Saturday to just look at what they had to offer, they were preparing to close in an hour and were still extremely busy, but even still, Chrystian met us at the front desk, introduced himself and began to show us around and figure out exactly what we wanted and needed. You really cant go wrong with a Honda product but I was pretty set on getting my wife to look at the Civic Sport Touring Sedan (I like the center exhaust and hot hatches, plus it's turbocharrged!). She wanted white exterior, black interior and black wheels... She was pretty specific about those things, as well as having it fully loaded (or close). She wanted premium sound, leather, cameras all over the place, you get the idea... Well, they happened to have pretty much that exact car in stock for us. It had everything she wanted, everything she needed and it was sporty enough to convince her to go with that over something 3x the price and far less reliable and cost effective. Chrystian had them pull the car up, explained everything about it and answered any and all questions we had about the car and made sure she test drove the car and loved it. Happy wife, happy life, right? Well here is where they won ME over... I've worked with cars my entire life, I've also had bad experiences at dealerships with shifty salespeople trying to lie about specifications or hide things.... Not Chrystian though, I had lots of technical questions about the engine, the turbo, fuel types, CVT transmission vs. Traditional, Honda vs competition, warranty, fuel economy, fluid changes, maintenance, the different modes (eco mode). I come loaded with nerdy questions, and I will try to even purposely trip up a salesman to see if they lie or try to find me the answer to my questions, well he knew them all, Chrystian was extremely knowledgeable about the car, rattling off facts and technical specifications from memory, no lies, no BS. After purchase (which went well after closing time) He made sure to sit in the car with my wife for hours explaining all the modes and the radio and how to work the cameras and keyfobs, auto start, all that good stuff. He didnt just hurry up, make the sale and kick us out. He took time. Made it feel personal. Made it seem like we weren't just a quick buck to him even though i'm sure he would rather be with his family late on a Saturday (sorry about that again Chrystian) but after dealing with all of my questions, dealing with my price haggling and not perfect credit, dealing with my wifes questions and on top of that being forced to stay late on a Saturday night to make sure we were all set, I have zero complaints and can confidently say that when our 3 year lease is up we will be back to not only buy another Honda, but another Honda from Chyrstian. On a sidenote his colleges were decent to us as well, staff is friendly, had a great conversation with a technician and the building was clean, modern and looked great. I have nothing but good to say. More

Phenominal experience across the board Sal was amazing from start to finish. He was super knowledgeable about everything I asked about in regards to the car.
