Brandon was very patient with me and answered all 527 questions I had during the process. I stopped in the dealership multiple times to look at cars, colors, options etc. And chatted with Brandon each time. I preferred to do my back and forth on pricing all over email so I could refer back if needed, as well as have time to think through the numbers. I'm sure I was a huge pain to Brandon but he never made me feel that way. Thanks Brandon for another exception Valley Honda experience. More

Wonderful trade-in experience Ken did an amazing job of getting my husband and I out of a little pickle. So as my 40th birthday was quickly approaching, my husband decided to surpr Ken did an amazing job of getting my husband and I out of a little pickle. So as my 40th birthday was quickly approaching, my husband decided to surprise me with a beautiful Mini-Cooper. The only hitch was that I was expecting a shiny new Mini-Van. The surprise was not well received, but then the question was what to do with my 10 year old minivan and the brand new MiniCooper. Enter Ken and the great people at Honda in Aurora. Ken did a wonderful job of explaining all the new features in the various Honda minivan models since a lot has changed in 10 years and then helped make the process of trading in two cars as painless as possible, as a result I ended up with the mini I really wanted. Excellent dealership, friendly customer service! Overall, my experience was a positive one at Valley Honda. The service I received from my sales agent, Kattia, was really good. The vehicles I was con Overall, my experience was a positive one at Valley Honda. The service I received from my sales agent, Kattia, was really good. The vehicles I was considering were readily available when I went to visit. I was able to take a test drive right away. While the purchasing experience was a positive one, there are a few aspects that could have made it better--or else, here are a few suggestions. To begin with, I believe I received a much lower price for my trade-in, while they argued that it was due a very tiny "rust bubble" on the hood and that it'd cost "a lot" to fix (seriously??) Second, when meeting with the finance manager, the first thing she started to push was the extended warranties. She said that Honda only manufactures the engine and transmission train, while the rest of the vehicle was manufactured by third parties (really??). She made it sound like the car was going to fall apart at any moment and why on earth wouldn't I consider going for at least one. When I still declined, she even went ahead and offered me the "employee discount" (really??). A quick word of advice for that person: when shaking a customer's hand, do it firmly! That inspires confidence. The "dead fish" handshake inspires the opposite. On the upside, she was able to lower my APR on my loan. Finally, and this might sound petty, but when you deliver a brand new vehicle, try using silicon-based chemicals to dress the tires. They last longer and don't stain the body of the car after driving it. Using wax-based ones (like ArmorAll) only stains the lower bumper when driving off--and it only lasts until it rains. All in all though, I was pleased with the overall experience at Valley Honda. More

After walking in the entrance and talking with the employees I could tell this was the right place to purchase a car. Steve was more than happy to explain the different purchase options available, features of each automobile, and answered every question in between. Very pleased with my experience at Valley Honda and will be returning to purchase my next car. More
