He was very personable, knowledgeable and accommodating . Came in, test drove the vehicle and within a couple of hours drove home in my new vehicle. We went trough 3 or 4 car before exploring option of a new car. I was skeptical because recently moved. Cristina was charismatic and extremely helpful. She connected with us . She was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles not only in performance and specs but in availability of options and how they worked. We asked a ton of questions and Cristina had limitless patience. I never thought I could afford a brand new car but she help us on the entire process. In lest than 4 hours we got a brand new Honda! Easiest Car Purchase Ever! I always dreaded going to a car dealership to purchase a new vehicle, and often hissed at the sales team when being approached. It’s just always been I always dreaded going to a car dealership to purchase a new vehicle, and often hissed at the sales team when being approached. It’s just always been such a stressful experience. My experience at Valley Honda, however, could not have gone any better. I highly recommend Brandon Brabec as a salesperson! Highly! He was very accommodating to me and my 4 year old, he recommended cars that were within my price range, and made the whole transaction (start to finish) very easy and non-stressful. His sales manager also made us feel taken care of and appreciated. Overall, best purchase experience I’ve had, and will absolutely recommend this dealer to friends and family. More
