Constructive criticisms Everything went well with the purchase of my new Accord. Did have a little issue where I was having my accessories installed and upon receipt of the vehicle, noticed one of my wheels was damaged. Valley Honda is going to fix it free of charge but it did seem to take longer to get that assurance than it should. Also, noticed all sorts of fingerprints and hand smudges on the vehicle which you wouldn’t expect to see after spending that kind of money on a vehicle’s accessories. One other constructive criticism would be the dealership itself needs more bathrooms. Only one men’s room toilet available on a busy Saturday is nowhere near enough. More

Very smooth, enjoyable. Brandon was really cool. He was really agreeable and overall fun to car shop with. He had everything ready to go and understood all our concerns. He s Brandon was really cool. When we went inside after test-driving the car we were looking at, we asked him about his background and he told us about his experience working on an organic farm. We actually talked for some time about this. It was a great way to build some rapport and trust between us so we felt comfortable working together. He was easy to reach and gave a courtesy call to let me know he would not be around when we came to check out the car again. Would definitely work with Brandon again. Brittany was great as well. She picked up right where Brandon left off, and made the finalization of the sale really smooth. She was sure to make sure we were comfortable and always checked if we knew where the beverages were, where restrooms were, etc. I even asked casually about the aftermarket remote start, and she went ahead and looked up the product and printed a user guide for me. She also shared her experience skydiving, which was a very interesting conversation. Overall, pretty pleased. I'd recommend both heartily. More

I knew just what I wanted (Accord Sport 2.0T with 6 speed MT, Lunar Silver), asked for a quote by email (with a few options), and received a VERY prompt reply with a quote from Tommy Mimbs and Victor Carbajal. Victor worked with me to place the order for the car, kept me informed of build and delivery progress, and was super knowledgeable, efficient and courteous when I came in to close on the car.
