Unexpectedly pleasant experience. When I walked in to the dealership the place was extremely busy. I thought “oh boy here we go, this is going to be painfully slow”. I asked for Iryna and was welcomed by her smiling face and genuinely warm personality. She had my pick of car ready for me to look at and test drive. After the drive and some pleasant conversation we sat down to business and I believe we struck a fair deal. Very easy transaction, she did her best to get me out of there as quickly as possible as I had an appt that afternoon. Kept me informed on the status and was out in a timely fashion, despite the crazy amount of perople there. We had communicated for several weeks I believe, mainly because I was comparing dealers and wasn’t quite sure who to go with. I sure picked right! The deaelership is outstanding, clean, comfortable,modern, and despite the hoards of people on that Saturday it seemed to be very well run. Iryna is great, nonpushy understanding at her job. Always have had a good experience. Wednesday night, we stopped in to talk to Brandon Sullivan, the salesman that we had talked to on Saturday. He was sick so Sal stepped in. No high pressure! We ended up buying a used Honda CR-V. Katy Meyer is also phenomenal. We first met her in 2013 when my son leased a Civic.
