After three VWs in a row we thought we would test drive the Honda Civic like my older daughter had in the past and walked away from a major accident in without a scratch. Kurt was the first smiling face we ran into and was very knowledgeable about the different Civic models. We never felt he was trying to up- sell us, was very personable and the price seemed good for the new vehicle and our trade in. I hesitated going to such a large dealership because I anticipated it and the staff to be un-personable and pushy trying to sell you a car. Our experience was no where near that. Adam was very friendly, patient and answered our questions or concerns. They had the vehicle waiting for us when we got there and we bought it at a great price. Not once did we feel pressured to buy the vehicle or optional plans by Adam or the young man that did our final paper work. What an impressive dealership and staff. It was well worth the trip!!! They were very flexible with us and our needs, and what they were offering. Not many dealerships where you see the owner actually doing the grunt work and rolling his sleeves up.-but we did at Valley Honda. I feel like they really go to know us, and our needs, as well as our wants. The staff made sure that we left happy with our new car purchase. When we signed paperwork, they made sure that we knew what we were signing and we were confident in our decision. It’s been over a month [late October 2017] since our vehicle purchase at Valley Honda in Aurora, IL. and we’re still beaming from our experience there! Specifically with sales representative, Ken Negley. Being a fastidious consumer, I make it a point to delay on writing reviews on purchases made to allow the initial excitement of purchase to diminish so I can formulate an honest assessment of the purchase through its’ practical daily use. Over a month in and I can say that we are exceedingly satisfied with our vehicle. Incredible as it may seem, our satisfaction with the vehicle is eclipsed by the service provided by Mr. Negley. Keeping it simple, Ken along with Valley Honda Management went above and beyond in ensuring we were provided with absolutely the best service available. From point-of-contact to the key-handover we were blown away by their attention to customer satisfaction, purchase confidence and willingness to cooperate with us in correcting an unforeseeable setback. A setback that in most cases would not be given any attempt of rectification at any other auto dealership. I've told friends and family just how wonderful Valley Honda is, and I recommend using Valley Honda for any car purchases, or any vehicle maintenance. Valley Honda is about a 30-40 minute drive from my house, and worth every minute! I'd rather make the drive to Valley than settle for a different dealership closer to my house. More
