Prior to our purchase Leesley communicated with us via email and phone. I cannot say enough about leeskey’s excellent communication and follow up during the entire purchase process. But her follow up did not end wihen the sale was finalized. Leesley provided a detailed orientation of our new CRV . She was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle and it’s features. After a few test drives we identified the car we wanted and within a short period of time we had made our decision. Tom showed us the service center and shared maintenance tips for our new vehicle. At the end of the day, we drove home very happy owners of a new Honda.
