I have always leased vehicles and have never released from the same manufacturer a second time around, until now! I am on my second Honda vehicle. We are out of state residents but return often to the Chicago area where all our family lives. We decided to buy our new CRV here for a number of reaons. Prior to our purchase Leesley communicated with us via email and phone. I cannot say enough about leeskey’s excellent communication and follow up during the entire purchase process. But her follow up did not end wihen the sale was finalized. Leesley provided a detailed orientation of our new CRV . She was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle and it’s features. Leesley made sure that we had all the necessary paperwork and information needed to take back to our home state. We felt that we got a fair deal without any high pressure. More

So naturally we gravitated there to purchase a replacement for our Civic. They had the largest selection of used Odysseys. Excellent experience My husband and I visited Valley Honda after having been directed by a friend to meet with Tom Prosperi when considering the purchase of new Honda. Tom immediately made us feel at ease by his professional, no pressure, careful listening to our needs and wants. After a few test drives we identified the car we wanted and within a short period of time we had made our decision. Tom showed us the service center and shared maintenance tips for our new vehicle. At the end of the day, we drove home very happy owners of a new Honda. The next day Tom called to make sure our drive home went well and to offer his assistance in the future should we have any questions about programming, etc. My husband and I had an unfamiliarly pleasant and rewarding experience with Tom and Valley Honda, all the way through.
