There is NO reason to go ANYWHERE else!!! This was my first time buying a car from a dealership. I put in a lot of my time and effort into making sure I got the best deal I possibly could. To This was my first time buying a car from a dealership. I put in a lot of my time and effort into making sure I got the best deal I possibly could. To make a long story short, initially I chose to go with another dealership because they gave me a better price. Soon to find out that was literally "just to get me in the door." After waisting 5 hrs of my time I called Tom Propersi right away. This was 30 minutes before they closed on a Saturday. Tom stayed an extra hour and a half after work hours to allow me to get back home and myself situated. He called me and we made a deal. This man LITERALLY saved me and turned an abysmal experience into a great one! Without to many details, this man took SO many extra steps to get me the exact car that I wanted. As titled. There is ABSOLUTLEY NO REASON to go to anyone else but this man! If he happens to be busy, wait. If you can't wait, go to Valley Honda. They will be the ones that will take care of you like no other dealership would. Again, I could not thank this gentleman enough! More

He was very thorough and answered all our questions. We had to test drive two cars, the 2nd one we didn't wanna do a test drive. We were just going to buy it, but he insisted to test drive it. If he says he'll be right back, he gets right back to us with the information we needed. And yeah, since we didn't have anyone to drive the new car going home, he went out of his way just to take the new car to our house. We would definitely recommend Bill to all our friends. More

Skeptical of auto dealer? Go here. I was very skeptical of car sales people. I've been burned in the past and by accident requested a quote from Valley Honda. Francis got back to me imm I was very skeptical of car sales people. I've been burned in the past and by accident requested a quote from Valley Honda. Francis got back to me immediately and was able to get me the car I wanted with terms I could accept (even with my less than stellar credit). We had it all ready to go by the time I got there. Even though Aurora was a bit of.a hick for me, I braved rush hour and headed south (I work in Riverwoods) and it was worth the trip. They have so many ready to go brand new Hondas and Francis was professional, friendly, and just a regular guy. All the others there were nice as well. Beautiful dealership with a comfortable service area. I would definitely recommend buying your next Honda here even if it may be a longer trip. Ask for Francis and he'll take good care of you! More
