Tyler contacted me on Monday to inform me that the vehicle had been received by the de We traveled 4 1/2 hours to buy our new Pilot from Valley Honda. Tyler contacted me on Monday to inform me that the vehicle had been received by the dealership and set up a pick-up date of Wednesday. Tyler worked through all of the paperwork and financing over the phone to ensure a smooth transition when we arrived. Upon arriving on Wednesday, Tyler greeted us with a completed documentation package, reviewed the documents with us for accuracy, and introduced us to the finance manager. Once the documentation had been finalized, Tyler gave us a tour of the service department and reviewed/set some of the personalized settings for our Pilot. Tyler was very professional, informative, and personable during our entire experience. It was an enjoyable experience for us.
