Great to work with First of all, Bill was great to work with. We didn't have an appointment or anything, just stopped in on a Saturday. Bill seemed to be the next associate available, or was near by when we walked in. He was friendly, accommodating and responsive to our needs. After we tested or checked into a car or two, he was able to suggest others that fit into our needs and price range. As for the dealership, both my wife and I remarked at how well it seemed to function. There was a comfortable lounge to wait, a place for kids to play while we went through the process, and it simply seemed busier but more well organized than some of the other dealerships we had visited. I'd go back to Valley Honda and work with Bill again in the future. More

Fairly simple and walked away happy I have never been to Valley Honda in Napverille despite driving past it a million times. This is a VERY busy dealership but got help fairly quickly. Immediately upon our arrival we were introduced to Billy Howorth - we told him what we were interested in seeing and he obliged without trying to pressure us into looking at the next model up. Billy was patient, kind and knowledgeable. We never felt rushed and it was clear that Billy was very informed on Honda's products. While it was clear that Billy was interested in helping us, he never did it in a way that was pushy or made us feel pressured.
