Immediately upon our arrival we were introduced to Billy Howorth - we told him what we were interested in seeing and he obliged without trying to pressure us into looking at the next model up. Billy was patient, kind and knowledgeable. We never felt rushed and it was clear that Billy was very informed on Honda's products. While it was clear that Billy was interested in helping us, he never did it in a way that was pushy or made us feel pressured. Working with Billy at Valley Honda was an extremely pleasant car-buying experience and we left there with a vehicle that exceeded our expectations! Fairly simple and walked away happy I have never been to Valley Honda in Napverille despite driving past it a million times. This is a VERY busy dealership but got help fairly quickly. Our 5th Honda.....wow! I generally don't write reviews, but I can't help myself after another phenomenal experience dealing with Valley Honda. I've bought probably 10 cars i I generally don't write reviews, but I can't help myself after another phenomenal experience dealing with Valley Honda. I've bought probably 10 cars in my life at various dealers, including various Honda dealers. And there are NONE better than this place. If you're going here, you've got to ask for Kurt Gonzalez. He'll make you feel like family and treat you like you're his only customer. He did this for me recently when I bought a brand new Honda. I've plunked down a lot of money here, less than I certainly would have elsewhere, and I've always felt like I got great value. What's even better is our experience with the service department, which we haven't had to visit much beyond the routine stuff. Actually, my wife likes taking the cars in because she gets pampered so much be everyone there -- treated great by the guys at the desk, comfy couches and wifi to catch up on her work, and complimentary specialty drinks to make the time go quickly. Keep up the great work, Valley! It's no wonder that your place is always buzzing with activity -- people know a great thing when they see it, and my family is heartfully grateful for all you've done for us. More
