Very pleasant experience I took my 2013 Honda CRV in to Valley Honda to repair a tire and an oil change. While waiting, my husband and I decided to look around. We were very pleased with the upgrades on the 2017Honda CRV. I asked Marco, the Assistant Service Manager, about getting an appraisal of my 2013 CRV. He was very nice and directed me to the appropriate person. Then I was introduced to Fred Sims, the most friendliest sells person you would ever want to meet. This guy is so patient and thorough, he makes purchasing a car a pleasant experience! It felt like we have known him forever. By the time we left, it was closing time and he wasn't rushing to get home, he took his time with us. He wanted to make sure we understood all of the features of our new car and told us do not hesitate to contact him for a refresher course! We just had a great time! Every one that we came in contact with, were very friendly. He introduced us to Nick Poole, the Sales Manager, who was also very helpful and nice! The finance lady was really nice, I'm sorry I forgot her name. This is why I don't mind driving from Chicago to Aurora for purchasing and servicing my cars. This is my 3rd Honda car! If you take good care of your car, they will not hesitate to give you top dollar for your trade in!! I love Valley Honda! More

They assisted me in all info in regards to my new Honda Ridgeline 2017 vehicle. Also Business manager Mari Rios were very helpful in closing my purchase. By the time I showed up at the dealership, he had the majority of my paperwork well underway, made sure I knew what documents to bring. and had personally test driven the vehicle I was interested in to ensure a good fit. Online shopping turned into sale My wife and I were looking for a Honda Odyssey as we had outgrown our Honda Pilot. The van that we chose was a little bit higher than we were budgeted for but with the easy financing and price adjustment and fair trade offer with Andy we were very happy to do business with this dealership. The entire staff for from the porters on the lot asking if we needed help to the service technicians in the service bay and the sales manager, Finance rep and of course Andy. We were very happy again to do business with Valley Honda they provided us a Carfax report and all of the service records for the van as it was serviced at their dealership. They even cut a second key for us and provided as additional dent repair and tire replacement coverage at no additional cost. We would highly recommend this dealership to anybody looking to purchase a vehicle new or used. This experience was truly a pleasant one. The stereotypical view of used car sales people is not exemplified at this dealership at all!!! More
