We wanted a Pilot, we were trading in an Odyssey. She advised us that we could save money if we went with a new van instead, and we appreciated her honesty very much. But we ultimately decided on the PILOT which we LOVE and is perfect for our family now, the kids are getting older. She was able to get us what we needed and in a timely fashion once we made up our mind what we wanted. The service here is always exceptional from sales, financing, and service. We always leave happy and so are the kids! Would definitely recommend Alicia and Valley Honda! More

The price quote Andrew gave me beat every other dealership I contacted by thousands of dollars. Once the vehicle was obtained, and the paperwork presented to me, all the promised offers were fulfilled, and I was one happy customer. There was an issue with pricing on some accessories, but once I noticed the discrepancy, and informed Andrew, I was cut a check immediately for the difference in pricing. The encounter with the service department to have the accessories installed at a later date was excellent. Everything was done properly and efficiently while I waited in their very accommodating and quite large waiting room. More

Cesar even made himself available on his day off if I had any further questions. I did not receive that kind of response from other sales people from other dealers. Pricing was also right where I was looking to buy. Additionally they gave my dad a good deal on a new key for his Honda and took care of a recall on his car while we worked on getting the final paper work done. The buying process was an all around great experience. More

My demands were specific and detailed in nature on pricing, features etc. so that i may get the value i desired. I thought Jon was very patient with me and made me feel like a valued customer. He worked beyond the closing time to deliver my new car. He is an asset to any organization. Nick, the sales mgr. was a cool deal maker, nothing pushy, swift and action oriented and always keeping the customer at the center. Marco Maldonado from service was very prompt and a thorough customer service professional. Rose Hernandez from leasing/finance was extremely quick with all the papers all done to perfection. This is a very busy dealership, but they staff it well, and you always get the treatment and attention you deserve regardless of what you are there for. Your situations change over the years and so do your needs and abilities to put your family or yourself in something that you would like. Through every purchase or lease each one has been an enjoyable one. Jim Hanahan has put us in our last 3 vehicles from Valley Honda and our experience with him has been nothing short of stellar. He's very polite and considerate to you current needs and circumstances. My car had to be ordered due to the fact no one likes to drive standard anymore(you all are missing out!) and he made sure that he kept me updated even when there was no update to give. He ended up working out a deal to swap out our leased Odyssey and purchase my car on the same day. My wife was at work and I had to juggle 4 kids while at the dealership going through the motions. Jim made sure to make the process as easy as possible doing most of the leg work while I kid-wrangled only pulling me out briefly 2 times to go through paperwork(which i was still able to watch the kids on the playroom monitor). For a processes that takes a lot Jim sure seemed to make it very easy, especially with two cars at one time. Couldn't say enough good things about Jim and would highly recommend you seek him out if you are interested in buying. To cap everything off, the dealer truly does take care of their customers. Post purchase it is very easy to maintain your vehicle. Their service department is very friendly and make it easy to swing through for maintenance. Joe (the Service Director) would take time to come out and shake a hand and ask how everything is going. Your waiting area has a everything from computers to a Starbucks Coffee spread. You can catch your daytime talk or your quick fix of ESPN. It's truly just an all around good experience everytime you walk through the door.
