When we stopped at Valley Honda were we bought two cars in the past. We met Cesar in the lot and he showed us used cars we might be interested in. Cesar was very helpful with finding cars in our price range. We did not buy at that time but remembered that Cesar was a very friendly and a no pressure salesman. We came back a few days later looking at new cars after I called Cesar to see if he could match another Honda dealers price and he beat it. I went there with my son and he loved the Civic coupe and came back with my wife to seal the deal. Talking with Cesar is like family to us. Hope to see Cesar for future purchases. Sale's person knowledgeable, patient and helpful When I called Valley Honda inquiring the price of the car of interest to me, the sales person Andy and the Sales manager (I forgot the name) were very When I called Valley Honda inquiring the price of the car of interest to me, the sales person Andy and the Sales manager (I forgot the name) were very professional and fair. I felt very comfortable working with them, so I decided to make a purchase through the dealership even though I was offered a better price from another dealer. I made a deposit right there. When I went to pick up the car, Andy was busy with another customer, so he asked Katy to help me. Katy immediately arranged the test drive. When I voiced concern over the bird dropping on the first vehicle that I was to test drive, she located the other car of the same model in their backup inventory lot and arranged the test drive. Katy then helped me through the entire purchase process, which went close to two hours past their close time on Saturday. Regardless, she took the time to explain the features of the car and answered many questions I raised. Not once did I feel rushed. She made the whole purchase experience very pleasant. Katy also followed up on the following Monday and answered a couple more questions I had. There was one question she didn't know the answer, she contacted Honda and sent me the answer in email shortly. I definitely will recommend Valley Honda. Look for Katy or Andy when you get there. Jeremy Andrews is the Sales rep who helped me to see and test dri I went to look at some of the new 2015 Honda Accord's last Saturday at Valley Honda. Jeremy Andrews is the Sales rep who helped me to see and test drive the car. I did finish test drive in the morning and went back late afternoon to see the options and pricing. Jeremy worked with me and my family very patiently even after they closed the dealership at 6PM. Its not only us, there were few other clients who were closing their deal and I applaud Valley Honda for their friendly customer service and "Never turn down a customer" attitude. Jeremy explained all the details on the cost and we mutually agreed on a deal. Then he brought the car that we wanted and literally went through every detail on the car and made sure we are completely happy with our purchase. We picked the color we wanted and Jeremy made sure the car is prepped for delivery and brought to the delivery center. We were vowed by the whole transaction and the complete crew of Valley Honda from Jeremy till their Business Manager were awesome. I would recommend my friends to go to Valley Honda for their future purchase and this would be our go to shop for future purchases too.... Jeremy way to go.... Keep it up!!! More
