RIPPED ME OFF! I HAVE TO SELL THE VEHICLE TO PAY REPAIR!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER! THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR CUSTOMERS AND WILL LIE TO YOU! I bought a used truck from them and with less than 11k mile DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER! THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR CUSTOMERS AND WILL LIE TO YOU! I bought a used truck from them and with less than 11k miles I have put over $5,000 into repairs and the warranty they sold me for $2,800 has paid out less than $200. Nic Chuenchit the sales manager I spoke with two weeks ago told me that is not how they treat customers. Sent me an e-mail so we could work something out and now WON'T EMAIL ME BACK! I NOW HAVE TO SELL THE TRUCK LESS THAN 11K MILES AFTER LEAVING THIS DEALER JUST TO PAY THE F@*KING REPAIRS! More

We traded in our 2017 Outback, for a 2019 Outback on May 2, and we bought both of them a If my wife and I could give Valley Subaru 10 stars we would. We traded in our 2017 Outback, for a 2019 Outback on May 2, and we bought both of them at Valley. We took our 2017 Outback in for an oil change in April and I asked the Nic, the sales manager, if he would do a walk around assessment of the car for its trade in value. He agreed and his price matched the two on line price assessments I got a week earlier. At that time, he introduced us to a salesperson, whose name is Covenant. Our buying experience on 5/2: Because we didn’t need to test drive the new car and the trade in value was known, the buying process was very fast. We arrived at Valley at 10:30 and left with our new car at 11:45. Many kudos to Covenant, Adam the finance director and Nic. Also, we’ve worked with the service department for the last two and a half years for oil changes and computer updates and the work has always been on time and well done. More

He sent me my requested Crosstrek car quotes with MSRP and Dealer Cost and with my specs in mind. He was respectful of my desire to work via email and not the phone. Jorge met us for our appointment and toos us for a test drive and fully explained all of the car operations. He was a pleasure to work with during the sales process because he listened to our needs and was able to give us the discounts we asked for.We felt the deal was fair for us and Valley as well. Jorge took extra time to help me pair my cell phone with the car's system and install Android Auto on my phone and showed me how to use it as my car navigation system. Dion was very efficient, thorough and clear with the financial & administrative aspects of the deal and we were out of his office in record time.The whole experience was pleasant and really fast 2 hours in and out! Nice People, horrible prices, shady charges This place has ridiculously high dealer fees and pressures you to buy "Vin Etching" for several hundred dollars, Vin Etching can be done on your own f This place has ridiculously high dealer fees and pressures you to buy "Vin Etching" for several hundred dollars, Vin Etching can be done on your own for $24 for 2 vehicles. It is outright criminal that they charge over $500 for something so cheap. Remember you pay taxes and interest on the final sale price of the vehicle, which includes that VIN etching and dealer 'fees' (this fee can always be negotiated never pay it). Lastly they are completely rigid and inflexible on pricing, even on vehicles that have been sitting for awhile, you can get much better pricing on your vehicle just about anywhere else. The sales people are very nice but they will try to squeeze every last dime out of you. More

We bought it from afar as we were in the midst of moving cross-country, and Becca was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and responsive when guiding us through the process of finding a car that fit our needs and price point. When we arrived in Colorado and went to the dealership to actually purchase the car, Becca had notified us that she would be out of the office that week and we were helped by Ryan and Dion who sealed the deal on this being the best car-buying experience we've ever had. Today 3/15/19 was in Subaru of Longmont getting an oil change when Nick let me know I had multiple nails in multiple tires and one was unchangeable, h Today 3/15/19 was in Subaru of Longmont getting an oil change when Nick let me know I had multiple nails in multiple tires and one was unchangeable, he was very kind to me and very professional dealing with my husband who was not so kind on the phone to him due to the frustration of the situation . Nick did everything he could to help me! we ended up repairing two of the tires and while that was happening Jorge who sold us the Subaru and many others we have bought in from valley Subaru went on a search to help me find a phone charger because my phone was dying, he did not have to do that on his own time but took time to help ... I just really appreciate The teamwork and the kind gesture of trying to help me in any of the situations I was put in this morning! I think the team did a great job and my stay there wasn't tediously long They made it very quick and timley. I was very pleased with The service I got!They are very polite and very understanding and very appreciative of how I was feeling when I was told about my tires They helped out in all the ways they could and I genuinely appreciate it! That's why I love Subaru 💚🍀 they both are great assets to the Subaru team and Hope they stay there for the long run because they definitely make a bad day better! Thank you all for your work ! More

Our most recent leasing decision involved evaluating several different models before we eventually settled on leasing identical 2019 Crosstreks for my wife and myself. It was a "well considered" decision to say the least, one that exhausted us, but not our salesman, Jorge Salcido, or Jason McQueen, the sales manager. Those two couldn't have been better to work with, setting the standard for diligence and trustworthiness. We've purchased and/or leased several times through Jorge and both his knowledge and attitude are exemplary, His only quality that exceeded those was his patience! Jorge was amazingly pleasant, thorough and thoughtful. Then when it came time to seal the deal, the sales manager, Jason, and the rest of the team stepped up to make it happen painlessly. I can't imagine a better place to buy a car or a better team to work with than the quality folks at Valley Subaru of Longmont! More

Carfax had miscategorized our trade in, but Jason, the manager, talked to our repair company, and was willing to deal with the problem, getting Carfax to change the rating. We appreciated not being pressured in any way. This dealership had the best price on the Legacy we were interested in. Dion, the finance specialist, explained various options clearly. The service department is large and seems quite good. More
