I met Devon a little over 4 years ago when I had a 2013 Forester. He was kind from the very first moment that he became what I considered my personal service manager. I purchased a 2019 Forester touring Forester. He was kind from the very first moment that he became what I considered my personal service manager. I purchased a 2019 Forester touring about 9 months ago so I will not need service as often. I will miss seeing him and I want to reccomend him as a wonderfully kind person who is always willing to go out of his way to help this senior. More
Chuck Dunlop was wonderful. We started dealing with him via email. We knew exactly what we wanted in a Forester touring car. We had studied the different trims for over a year and knew the paint color and via email. We knew exactly what we wanted in a Forester touring car. Edit: After a bit more persistence on my part, they are making things right. Steer clear of this dealership, shady service department ruined my car after a routine oil change and is refusing to pay for making things right. Steer clear of this dealership, shady service department ruined my car after a routine oil change and is refusing to pay for damages. Car was fine, brought it in for routine maintenance now it is leaking oil all over. Had a phone conversation with maintenance, told me to drive back down to dealership which is over an hour away and they would take care of it. When I arrive, they have no record of my call and refuse to take responsibility for the problem they created, completely wasting my time and sticking me with an expensive problem they created. Sub par shady business. Take your money and trust elsewhere. More

RIPPED ME OFF! I HAVE TO SELL THE VEHICLE TO PAY REPAIR!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER! THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR CUSTOMERS AND WILL LIE TO YOU! I bought a used truck from them and with less than 11k mile DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER! THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR CUSTOMERS AND WILL LIE TO YOU! I bought a used truck from them and with less than 11k miles I have put over $5,000 into repairs and the warranty they sold me for $2,800 has paid out less than $200. Nic Chuenchit the sales manager I spoke with two weeks ago told me that is not how they treat customers. Sent me an e-mail so we could work something out and now WON'T EMAIL ME BACK! We traded in our 2017 Outback, for a 2019 Outback on May 2, and we bought both of them a If my wife and I could give Valley Subaru 10 stars we would. We traded in our 2017 Outback, for a 2019 Outback on May 2, and we bought both of them at Valley. We took our 2017 Outback in for an oil change in April and I asked the Nic, the sales manager, if he would do a walk around assessment of the car for its trade in value. He agreed and his price matched the two on line price assessments I got a week earlier. At that time, he introduced us to a salesperson, whose name is Covenant. Our buying experience on 5/2: Because we didn’t need to test drive the new car and the trade in value was known, the buying process was very fast. We arrived at Valley at 10:30 and left with our new car at 11:45. Many kudos to Covenant, Adam the finance director and Nic. Also, we’ve worked with the service department for the last two and a half years for oil changes and computer updates and the work has always been on time and well done. More

He sent me my requested Crosstrek car quotes with MSRP and Dealer Cost and with my specs in mind. He was respectful of my desire to work via email and not the phone. Jorge met us for our appointment and toos us for a test drive and fully explained all of the car operations. He was a pleasure to work with during the sales process because he listened to our needs and was able to give us the discounts we asked for.We felt the deal was fair for us and Valley as well. Jorge took extra time to help me pair my cell phone with the car's system and install Android Auto on my phone and showed me how to use it as my car navigation system. Dion was very efficient, thorough and clear with the financial & administrative aspects of the deal and we were out of his office in record time.The whole experience was pleasant and really fast 2 hours in and out!
