I went in for a recall service, and it took over a month to return my Jeep to me. It came back unwashed, with trash still in it. Over that month while I was waiting, I called multiple times to speak to th to return my Jeep to me. It came back unwashed, with trash still in it. I have been to this service dept three times - all for recall repair - and the first two made me want to turn in my jeep. Both times I arrived and stood in front of the service desks for 5 to 10 minutes b recall repair - and the first two made me want to turn in my jeep. Both times I arrived and stood in front of the service desks for 5 to 10 minutes before anyone noticed or greeted me - even to say “please wait here”. Zero smiles. There were at least three advisors with no other customer. Once someone finally helped me, they were gruff and barely helpful. They would not answer.any questions I asked about the recall or what I could expect — and now that I’ve had to submit my car for THREE recalls I assume this is a corporate direction. The first two times I was provided with a phone number to text in case I had any questions while my car was in service. No one ever responded to my texts. Instead I received multiple texts from the sales dept asking if I wanted to trade up. Infuriating. My third and most recent visit was different. When I first walked in, I was ignored again by group of service advisors, even though I was the only customer there. Then I was assigned to Carla as my service advisor and she made the difference! She greeted me with eye contact and a smile. She was communicative and helpful. She was efficient and clear with the plan. She offered to have the car washed while it was there. She texted me when my car was ready and was just as professional when I returned. Carla herself gets five stars from me across the board. If I could have her as my advisor every time I would consider returning. More
