She was nice and helpful when we got our car at toyota of ventura, This is the second time we have bought a brand new rav4 here, the only thing I don't want is the $ 5000 dealer fees on top of manufacturers ventura, This is the second time we have bought a brand new rav4 here, the only thing I don't want is the $ 5000 dealer fees on top of manufacturers suggestion retail price or msrp, they say because there is a shortage of chips for new vehicles now, I hope it's true because we really trust in ventura toyota so even though they said we still bought, we are happy with the rav4 we bought, that's all there is $ 5000 on top of msrp. The salesman is great, its the dealership that I am not happy with. I have been trying to buy a 2021 Tacoma, but the mark up over MSRP is ridiculous. During COVID, stores were criticized and even fined for price gouging due to shortages. No difference at Ventura Toyota with their $2,000 and $3,000 mark-up over window sticker as a "market adjustment." price gouging due to shortages.
