FIRST TIME AROUND I FELT I GOT SCREWED BAD, SO OCTAVIO THE GENERAL SALES MANAGER CALLS ME AND SAID IF YOUR NOT HAPPY GIVE US ANOTHER CHANCE , SO I WENT BACK IN THERE AND DELT WITH OCTAVIO AND KRISTEN AND THE GENERAL SALES MANAGER CALLS ME AND SAID IF YOUR NOT HAPPY GIVE US ANOTHER CHANCE , SO I WENT BACK IN THERE AND DELT WITH OCTAVIO AND KRISTEN AND THEY CAME THROUGH FOR ME THE SECOND TIME AROUND ,EVERYONE WAS REALLY NICE AND HELPFULL LIKE A TEAM , FROM OCTAVIO, KRISTEN, JOHNNY, LUIS THEY WERE GREAT!!! I bought a car from ventura Toyota abought five months ago and i was in another state and found out that the finace guy lee misled into buying two service contracts and gap for my new car $3950 extra ago and i was in another state and found out that the finace guy lee misled into buying two service contracts and gap for my new car $3950 extra on my loan and i went in there too get a cheaper payment on my trade in car it was $ 605 now if i wanted a cheaper payment why would i add these things to my contract . and he even got me too put gap on my new loan and why would i buy gap if i knew i wouln,"t be upside down in my vehicle ? so i trusted lee that he was explaining these options too me honestly. i find out that lee gets a good % of these ad ons please take your time too look over your contract there might be other LEES out there!!!! ITS A SHAME TOYOTA ALLOWS THIS TOO HAPPEN!!! More

Eric was a pleasure to work with. I asked him a bazillion questions and he got answers for all of them! Most of all he traded with another dealer to get the exact truck I was needing! I felt bad bazillion questions and he got answers for all of them! Most of all he traded with another dealer to get the exact truck I was needing! I felt bad that the 1st sales consultant (Jeffery Grodin) I was working with, wasn't there the day I made my purchase but Eric entrusted that he too would get compensated for his time helping me. Jeffery was awesome too! This is my second purchase of a Tacoma in 4 years at Ventura Toyota. I will highly recommend Ventura Toyota to anyone looking for a vehicle and that should be quite a few folks since I travel a lot with a lot of folks! More

My experience at Ventura Toyota was really good. I meant to only look at the current Prius models but didn't have an intention to buy. I was planning on purchasing a car soon and trade in my Honda Civic Hyb to only look at the current Prius models but didn't have an intention to buy. I was planning on purchasing a car soon and trade in my Honda Civic Hybrid. Charles Herrera greeted me and my partner quickly after we stepped onto the lot and was very personable. He asked about what I was looking for and proceeded to show a few different Prius models. One really stood out as it had the right features and color. Charles offered a test drive and since I had never driven a Prius before and was seriously considering one, we took it out for a spin. Charles pointed out all the cars' features and bells/whistles during the test drive and after (and of course, before.) Before you knew it, we were inside negotiating a price and purchasing a car. In the end, I couldn't be happier. What a trade up from my Honda - which was a great car. But this new Prius is something else. Ventura Toyota was a very clean, friendly and helpful dealership. Charles went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of not only from a deal situation, but also a personal perspective. (He stayed late to make sure we left the lot happy - much appreciated.)
