The representative I dealt with was Eric and he was extremely helpful. He set me up with a loaner, and sped up the process to have my car completed because I needed to leave town. When the car was returned to me, everything was in good working conditions and very clean. There was even something wrong with the key and that was also replaced without me even mentioning it.
