I currently live in Orlando and have been to Massey Cadillac there, however, I was visiting friends here and decided to bring 2012 SRX to Vera to get an oil change !! That ruined it for Massey!! I drive from Orlando to bring my SRX to Vera. The service is above any other caddy dealership!! I miss those mornings donuts, however I do understand!! A honor jar would be a thought to have as an option to continue having the donuts!!!! More

My experience the first 2 times at this dealership was great, they where very helpful. Moving forward, the customer service, communication and urgency has went down tremendously.The service advisor Alejan great, they where very helpful.
