My Vernon Auto Group Experience was Enjoyable!! I was referred to Vernon Auto Group by a friend because of their no pressure no haggle type atmosphere and I was not disappointed. Mr. Kyle Echols wa I was referred to Vernon Auto Group by a friend because of their no pressure no haggle type atmosphere and I was not disappointed. Mr. Kyle Echols was nothing but professional throughout the whole process along with the other staff members I encountered were equally professional and sincere as Mr. Echols. I actually ordered exactly the pickup I wanted with every option that I wanted and Mr. Echols priced it out to me just like my friend said they would with absolutely no high pressure sales tactics. Mr Echols was very open and transparent in how the dealership did business. Which made me very comfortable and I was confident that my friend referred to the right placed when it came to Vernon Auto group. Lastly I was able to order all of my after market accessories for my pickup through the dealerships and installed prior to taking delivery on my new pickup. The follow up after purchase was great The dealership delivered vehicle 160 miles away. I had purchased the vehicle online. The vehicle was delivered on a low tire and needed an alignment. I took the vehicle to a local shop and they said it needed two new tires as well as the alignment. The dealership contacted me prior to the vehicle to to follow up asking if the vehicle needed anything. I work out of town and they honored the vehicle needs even though it took me around 20 days to get the vehicle fixed. They sent 400 dollars for 2 new tires, a small piece for the seat cover in the backseat, and the money to reimburse the alignment cost. More

They quoted me a rate that i agreed too but when it cams time to finalize everything they gave me a rate 2 points less. That put a HUGE smile on my face...
