I had a pretty narrow focus, and had a few trucks I was interested in. The sales associate, Nick Ware, was a huge help in making my decision. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and the auto market. Nick was extremely easy to deal with and was more than willing to help with the research I was trying to get on the trucks I was interested in. I arrived at 8:00 am and was out the door by 11:00 am. I really like the business model of Vernon Auto Group, and I can't imagine purchasing a vehicle anywhere else at this point. More

ALL DAY CAR SHOPPING I was very pleased with my salesperson, Steve Ybarra. I was very unhappy with the condition of my 2014 Ford Expedition, which was being used as a DEM I was very pleased with my salesperson, Steve Ybarra. I was very unhappy with the condition of my 2014 Ford Expedition, which was being used as a DEMO. When the vehicle arrived at the dealership, it was filthy. It took 3.5 hours to detail the vehicle before you could even tell what condition it was in. We spent 8 hrs. at the dealership. We did buy the vehicle because the price was right. I was very embarrassed for Steve and was extremely happy of how he kept his composure. There needs to be some guidelines on how DEMO's are taken care of. Thanks Steve for hanging in there with us!
