Horrible team of service providers. Oil change was not done to vehicle speciation. 3 days after service was performed road side assistance was required for a dead battery. One month aft Oil change was not done to vehicle speciation. 3 days after service was performed road side assistance was required for a dead battery. One month after oil change service, car warning light came on due to low oil. Wrong oil used and was not filled to vehicle speciation. Service Manager arrogance and lack of empathy was ridiculous. I found the exact car I wanted on their website, and they gave me a good price on it. I didn't realize it at the time, but it's the same dealership where my husband bought his used Tacoma 8 years ago. They sold him a good vehicle back then, so I felt like I was in good hands this time. I mostly spoke with Darlene on the phone, and she was always very willing to help and answered all of our questions very thoroughly. Our salesperson was Ryan. He has a great personality and took care of the purchase of the car very efficiently and smoothly. This was probably the least painful car-buying experience I've ever had! More
