I am very pleased with my sales person Mr. Bob Cox. I love my jeep which I had for 2 weeks. I had to call service a few times since I encountered problems with manual and automatic gears also Bob Cox. I love my jeep which I had for 2 weeks. I had to call service a few times since I encountered problems with manual and automatic gears also with satélite radio set up and with lane assistance. Service Brian was rude and I didn’t help me with my problem. Didn’t even tried to guide me through the software. I will definitely call sales person Bob Cox for my husbands next jeep but will send him and everyone to service their jeep at the Downingtown location. Service customer service at Videon is poor.
