The business manager was very efficient handling all the paper work and I was out the door with my new car in short order. Second attempt to buy a new vehicle- no go This was my second attempt to buy a vehicle from this dealership. Once last year, now again this year. This time, the price was decent. I went through True Car and got several quotes from different dealerships for the exact same car. Got an internet trade value. Went to the dealership, explained they were third out of three dealers. Said I was ready and able to buy at that moment and the total deal would need to improve by about $500. This could have been done by dropping the price on the new car, improving the trade value or lowering some of the doc fees. Or any combination of these options. On a $43k car, it seems this could have been done. Salesman talked to the manager and said no deal. I left went to the next dealer on my list, and made the deal that night. No haggling or nothing. Now, if a Videon rep reads this, would you come back a third time if you were me? More
