I learned from him about torque and how it would matter in making my decision. Although it was uncertain that I actually would buy a car at that dealership, since I didn't live in that area, he was always available and searched immediately the answers to the new questions I had in the weeks after I had gone to that dealership to test-drive the cars. He demonstrated that he really listens and thinks about his customer's wishes and thinks what might be best: once he had seen a car with the color I had decided on, he gave me a call and alerted me that I might be mistaken by the actual new color, which ended up being true. Even after we had an appointment day for when I would come by to purchase the car, he alerted me of a new financial discount, if I bought it before a certain date. The whole buying experience was smooth and I encountered a very polite atmosphere at all times at that dealership. You are in good hands there! More
