Buyer beware! !! This is probably one of the worst dealers I've ever dealt with trying to buy a car. I found a car on their website, I reached out and they put me i !! I didn't haggle with the price and asked them to send a purchase agreement over so I could buy it. The salesman called and said they had to fix some things on the car so he wasn't sure what the final price would be. I thought that was a weird thing to say because the price is listed on the website. The salesman blew me off the rest of the day. The next business day I had to reach out again for a purchase agreement. He finally sends one over and this is where it gets good. The car is listed on their website for $7000, the purchase agreement has the cash price listed for $9085. I text him back and said they put the wrong car on because it's 2k more than what they are asking. He said no, the price of the car is still $7000. He sends the breakdown of the pricing over and it blew my mind, it's as follows. MSRP - 7000 Prep & Delivery - 991 (extra add on for fixing a door handle) Murgado Guard - 795 (it literally says on their website NO COST TO YOU) Registration - 316 (I live in Iowa I pay registration when I title it in my state) EVR - 35.00 Doc fee - 358 Iowa State one time fee - 439 (uhhh what?) TOTAL BALANCE DUE - $9,934 After I received this I let the salesman know I wasn't interested, he called and I explained how insane they were with their hidden fees. Keep in mind I still have to pay tax title and license in Iowa if I purchased the car. The salesman said he'd talk to his manager to get the unnecessary fees dropped and I never heard back from him. This was the third or fourth time he told me he'd get back to me ASAP and I never heard back from him. I hope this review helps other people pay attention to their purchase agreements with this dealer because they are extremely dishonest. You can't have it listed on your website that Murgado Guard is no cost to you and have it listed as an 800 dollar charge on the purchase agreement breakdown. I bet hundreds of people have paid for this and had no idea when they were signing the papers. I also have pictures of everything I've stated to back it up. Save yourself time and money, definitely buy a car somewhere else. More
