I had a pleasant experience. Ismael was very helpful, honest and efficient from start to finish. The only downside for me is I had to drive so far to get there, which wasn’t so bad on the way home in my new car! :) More

Bought a used car that was unsafe. They told me there was a thorough inspection done on the car. Safe to drive. 2 days later I got the tires changed at Les Schwab and they said my front breaks, calipers and rotors need to be replaced immediately. Didn’t think it was safe to drive on. Brought it back to VW and they fixed it but how was that not caught on inspection. Either service department is clueless or they passed it over on purpose. 2 months later while driving over Santiam Pass in snow my 4 wheel drive didn’t work either. Navigated the pass in storm with only 2 wheel drive. My whole family was not safe. When I took back to dealer they said they couldn’t find the problem. Took to independent mechanic and it was fixed in 2 days. VW wouldn’t pay. I wouldn’t buy a car from this dealer….doesnt seem like they check their cars at all before selling. They were polite while screwing me though More

I took my car in to have the oil changed, and they said they were shorthanded. They didn’t vacuum or wash my car and they stuck the mileage sticker over the top of the old mileage.
