Really bummed I was made to pay $300 for a rental due to the tech not being able to recreate the issue only to bring it back 2 days later for them to fix the same exact issue it was in for. the tech not being able to recreate the issue only to bring it back 2 days later for them to fix the same exact issue it was in for. Waiting area was quiet and I was able to work while my car was being tended too. Staff is courteous, friendly, and helpful. The technicians finished my car quickly as they said they would. car was being tended too. Staff is courteous, friendly, and helpful. The technicians finished my car quickly as they said they would. Im not pleased at all. I haven't bought a newer vehicle in well over a decade. For the simple fact that i'm afraid I buy something fairly new.And dealership says it's a good vehicle, and then I immediately drive it off the lot, and a month or two later.Things start popping up and that's exactly how this went. Couple of the issues I've been fixed myself because I was so far away coming all the way to Salem was not feasible with the work i was doing. Though I told them and have text messages back and forth about the issues, I was having with my truck. That was well within the time frame of the initial purchase warranty.By the time I was able to get my truck in, it was now past. The time they did not care. Instead, I just had the finger pointed at me, tell me That whatever is going on with the vehicle is because of me. And it's odd they mentioned that the vehicle had a service done before i bought it BUT the sales manager told me when I was buying the vehicle that they hadn't had it there more than fifteen days so they haven't had a chance to get it serviced yet.So someone's lying. I also believe they put a new sticker on my window. To replace the old one because the next service date doesn't make sense. It says for 6-30-2026. Anyway thats my experience y'all should have been thankful. I drove all the way out to Salem to purchase my vehicle on the same day that I spotted it. I wish the feeling could be reciprocated.
