Really bummed I was made to pay $300 for a rental due to the tech not being able to recreate the issue only to bring it back 2 days later for them to fix the same exact issue it was in for. More

Greg, you are the one who helped me out initially so you know the story. I appreciate that you helped me out but it still feels like I was put out $300 for the rental just to bring it RIGHT back a few days later to be fixed under warranty.
