I want to thank Jett , Anthony and Bailey for the outstanding customer service job they gave me on 4-12-2025 . Jett was waiting outside front door to greet me . My first experience was not good at all. I had to go back and resign papers. In doing so, I upgraded my car from an SE to an SEL as the opportunity presented. My 2nd experience went more smo I had to go back and resign papers. In doing so, I upgraded my car from an SE to an SEL as the opportunity presented. My 2nd experience went more smoothly but the 1st experience will always stay with me. I think the dealership needs to practice more ethics in how they handle a persons credit application by not presenting misinformation to the bank in order to sell a car. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership, but I certainly would recommend Chase who provided a more streamlined and respectful experience like it should’ve been the 1st time. I had one awkward experience we a sales person at the front door: was a tall, dirty blond haired Caucasian male, kept staring at me like I was some criminal and didn’t even say hi when I was entering nor did he even acknowledge me. But soon as he saw my “white” husband in a Mercedes he immediately greeted him and asked if he needed help. That felt somewhat racist and even my husband noted it. (I’m Latino) So that definitely did not sit well with me. More
