We waited for over 3 hours for papers to be drawn up while our kids and their babysitter waited. We told them we were kind of in a hurry because she was supposed to be off at 7;30 PM but they didn't eve while our kids and their babysitter waited. I've sent 3 or 4 previous 2-3 star reviews with no response to my issue. Now I'm lowering rating to one star because they won't stop sending these review requests. They never ask for review on our salesman, Ismael Jimenez. He seemed nice, but made promises he didn't keep (said car had two keys but it didn't). Cost me $400 to get a second key made. More
