After a horrible experience with an unnamed dealer that sells cars from a vending machine I searched the internet for the best dealers selling used Volvos. I came across the Car Mall of Georgia and made an inquiry. Ashley Bush responded probably within 15 minutes. She was sympathetic to my situation, professional and worked hard to put me in the best car possible. Instead of getting a 2019 XC40 with 16K miles from the guy with the car vending machine and no customer service, Ashley was able to put me in a brand new 2021 with no miles for less money. Go figure. Finding Ashley and Jim Ellis’s dealership at auto mall of Georgia was the best thing that ever happened! Don’t waste your time dealing with impersonal dealers or waiting on hold for someone to answer your call for over an hour. Call Ashley at Jim Ellis and get the best car for your needs and superior customer service. I live in NY so distance is not a problem. They can ship your car to you. Even with the shipping cost it was less than the guy with the vending machine. Just sayin’. More

Researched online best this best that, had some great vehicles in mind my heart was set on one in particular... like since I was i buy a car for Me! Made a list, map, agenda spending our Saturday test driving and looking. Our 2nd stop was VOLVO, where we were greeted by Finance Manager (she just happened to be outside), and soon after David Windholz. David was unquestionably the most pleasant part of our car buying experience. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, he knows VOLVO very well, how to operate them every little detail you think of after you leave and so much more, and he did not use any of the high-pressure sales tactics that sent us running out the door as you sometimes see at dealerships. He went above and beyond to get us what we wanted in my new car, extras and merch.. Next time we're in the market for another car, we'll go see David Windholz! Alexis Walls, FM and buy VOLVO. Was pleased with our purchase. Russell was a fine saleman, and very efficient and helpful. I did note a number of other salespeople being slack wearing masks and one salewoman was on her phone, cons saleman, and very efficient and helpful. I did note a number of other salespeople being slack wearing masks and one salewoman was on her phone, constantly walking back/forth behind us while we were doing paperwork talking loudly (w/mask) .
