W&L are the best. They are very open and make me feel and aware of what needs to be done and the amount that I am looking at before the job is finished. I dropped off the vehicle the night before so that I would not have to miss work and so that it would be done by ( mid to late) morning so that my wife could pick it up. There were no communications with her about any difficulties and that there would be a delay. She had to go twice the second time after getting the kids from school.
