I had gone over my car myself the week before my appointment because I wanted to make sure it was ready and would pass. It wasn't long after I dropped it off at the service bay and went to the lounge, that one of the service managers came to me and said there was a problem with my car. I was told that one of my rear tires was showing cords on the inside of the tire. I didn't know how I missed that. He said they recommened installing 4 new tires and an alignment and handed me a quote for over $1000. for factory replacement tires. I told him that if they only last 30,000 miles ,I did not want that brand. He then offered another choice of tire at still over $800. with alignment. I declined and told them I would find tires on my own and left to find a more resonable price. I researched what tires were recommended for my Crosstrek and made some calls and found a tire dealership in Bloomsburg that was having a sale on the tires I wanted. 4 tires for $484.00 plus mounting and balance. They had them in stock and offered to install them that afternoon. I told them I had a bad tire on the rear and wanted to replace them before the inspection. 10 minutes later the service manager at the tire dealership told me the tech check over my tires and they were good with nice even wear and could find no issues. They let me inspect them myself and I was amazed that W&L would try to take advantage of a long standing customer like myself. I realize that area business's are feeling the effects of Covid-19, but to resort to scamming their customers into paying for unnecessary parts and service is really low. Beware if you visit the service Department and ask questions. More
Great help I am at risk in the current pandemic and am uncomfortable being inside for any length of time more than 5 minutes. A trip to the dealership, because of traffic, was a problem. So Ken arranged things so I could do everything from home. In two days my new Crosstrek was sitting in my garage. Great service! More
W&L Subaru has been the absolute best dealership I have ever dealt with in my experience of purchasing vehicles. They have amazing customer service, fabulous mechanical services, their employees are fantas ever dealt with in my experience of purchasing vehicles. As a matter of fact, my wife and I are repeat customers (we’ve bought about 10 cars here. Sometimes we buy 2 at a time). Our sales representative this time was Becky. She was great about getting me into the car I wanted. My wife, not so much. My wife was looking at a new Forester. We didn’t get the price we were asking for (which is fine). But, Becky never went back to her boss to try to help us get closer to where we wanted to be. That being said, we decided to go down to W&L Nissan because my wife had been thinking about a Rogue. After some negotiations with Andy Long, he was able to get us at the payment we could afford. After leaving Nissan, we had to go back to the Subaru lot to sign my papers. Upon entering, Becky came up and called my wife a TRAITOR because she didn’t buy the Subaru off her. Unfortunately she wasn’t kidding. To us this was unprofessional and uncalled for. I have no problems giving W&L my business (because Andy has always taken care of us). But, I will not be buying another vehicle off of Becky. More

Purchased a new Subaru Outback My wife and I knew pretty much that we wanted an Outback with a particular set of features. Mike Rorke handled our disappointment that a blue Outback My wife and I knew pretty much that we wanted an Outback with a particular set of features. Mike Rorke handled our disappointment that a blue Outback that we had seen on the W&L website had already been sold by showing us a very nice silver-grey Outback that had just come off the truck. We discussed features, were given a competitive price by Mike Rorke and Mark Piercy guided us as painlessly as possible through the mound of paperwork and we drove home in the silver-grey Outback that had 11 miles on it including about 5 from our test drive. All in all a pleasant purchasing experience. More
