Friendly knowledgeable service I always call for my appointment and within seconds they know who I am and what car I am calling about. Appointments are set up quickly and before I hang up, I have an email in my inbox about the appointment. Service representatives are always kind, considerate and explain everything you need to know. Waiting area is comfortable and I especially like the quiet area to go and read. I am notified if there is a problem and when the car is done, the check out is quick and easy. Worst dealership ever. Marked up price pretending to help then screwed us over. Told us we had to pay 2k because the model burned oil. Well it kept burning oil and got milked over numerous service vis help then screwed us over. Told us we had to pay 2k because the model burned oil.
