We came to get our 2015 Outback serviced, but had to look around. Dale talked to us about new car, and was able to come up with the right payment for us, this is first new car I've ever had. Timely, efficient and courteous with great facility for waiting while vehicle is serviced. Unfortunately, oil changes and tire rotation on new vehicles is somewhat costly compared to competitors that inclu waiting while vehicle is serviced. Unfortunately, oil changes and tire rotation on new vehicles is somewhat costly compared to competitors that include those services, as well as inspections, free for life of owned vehicle. All else being fairly equal this alone may compel me to return to Honda for next vehicle. More
